A personal note
A recent comment has provoked me to once more state my position, not only on this blog but in life as well.
My calling in life is to love without dissimulation and that includes you. If our disagreement on any matter results in you feeling I don’t love you or approve of you then let’s work together to resolve your feeling. I am committed to do my part. I love my conservative brothers and sisters as much as my liberal ones and especially those I now know to be my separated brethren. Our views may be so opposed that I cannot, in good conscience, promote your site by linking to it but my respect for your voice, my love for you, and your welcome here will remain. It is not necessary that you are a believer to be loved and accepted by me, quite the contrary, and I do not consider you hopeless or stupid and your perspective and comments are always welcome especially when you know they seem "nuts". My only requirement is to maintain a “G” rating and if you have any question as to what that is to me well that's up for discussion as well. The truth is the closer we are to agreement the more likely I am to debate with you. Please know it is only your understanding I question, as I do my own, not your value and worth as a person.

I really don't care whether you link my site, but I have to thank you for introducing the word "dissimulate" to my vocabulary. As a journalist, I seldom run for a dictionary, but I did this time.
Kemosabe there are many words of our language I will show you. We of the Potatoewhatisthattome tribe make frequent use of the white mans archaic English. Thanks for the visit and the comment. ;-)
Joel thank you! You've got a really great site and I always enjoy your perspective. ;-)
Well written and well said! :-)
Blessings & Peace,
Hugo
Hello friend.
Hello brother. ;-)
Hugo in keeping with my comment here we must now debate (grin). Thank you my brother. Your encouragement is much appreciated. ;-)
Debate, huh?
ok . . .
I don't think my encouragement is appreciated at all! :-)
Blessings & Peace,
Hugo
(Or should that have been "It wasn't encouragment"?) :-)
Ok Buddy the gloves are off! NO it wasn’t encouragement it was approval and although that’s not what I seek it is VERY encouraging by virtue of who you are and what you embody so there, top that! LOL
